Loretta Casler is actively involved in the art community as a painter and teacher.  She was born in a small NE town, graduated with a BFA from the University of NE.  Loretta now resides on the Western slope of CO where she is a signature member and newsletter editor on the board of the Western Colorado Watercolor Society,  member of Montrose Visual Arts Guild, Black Canyon Artists and the Ouray County Arts Association.
